FRONT OF HOUSE
The specific position within the department of Food and Beverage and location will be assigned upon arrival at the resort.
You will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service. You will welcome guests, take food orders, serve food, wash dishes, bus tables, restock supplies, and clean restaurants. Positions and restaurants will be assigned once arrive at Snowbird depending on the needs and availability of each restaurant.
REQUIREMENT: Flexibility is needed since the final position is going to be assigned once you arrive at the resort in June

BACK OF HOUSE
The specific position within the department and restaurant will be assigned upon arrival at the resort.
Back of House is expected to perform all required duties while remaining professional, and friendly. Will be assigned to a position on BoH in one of the restaurants once they arrive at Snowbird. Starts as Cook 1 and depending on talent, skills, experience, availability, or efficiency, can be moved up to Cook 2 or 3 once tested. Will be responsible for coordinating individual stations and communicating with the front and back of the house to provide a dining experience that fulfills expectations.
