Increasingly, students with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) skills are sought after by non-STEM industries. Therefore, students with STEM skills have a broader range of career options upon completion of their advanced degree.
As members of a vocational program, students:
benefit from engaging in at least 900 hours of combined laboratory/class time in the Engineering program;
earn a high school diploma;
earn a Certificate of Occupational Proficiency (COP);
have an opportunity to participate in an unpaid/paid internship or capstone project;
earn their OSHA 10-hour safety card;
