Abraham Maslow was a psychologist who was best known for creating 'Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs', which is represented in this picture.
This demonstrates the importance of meeting a range of our human needs, through a healthy diet and hydration, our need to be kept physically and emotionally safe, a need to belong, build esteem and have a desire to learn in order for a pupil to reach their full potential.
At Woodfield Academy we focus on the wellbeing of pupils in order to ensure success for all!
