Important Concert Dates 2025-26
(Attendance is MANDATORY for all events unless otherwise stated):
Friday, September 26th - Band Night - Bentonville West High School 3:30pm - 8:30pm
Friday, October 24th - Grimsley Band @ West Football Game - TBA
Thursday, November 6th - All-region Jazz auditions - Rogers High School
*Participation optional and based on ability to perform tryout material
Tuesday, November 18th - Fall concert @ Grimsley 7:30pm
Friday/Saturday, November 14th & 15th - All-Region Jazz Clinic @ Rogers Heritage
*Only those students who auditioned AND received placement
Saturday, December 13th - Jr. High All-Region Tryouts @ Harrison
*Participation optional and based on ability to perform tryout material
Friday/Saturday, January 23th-24th - Region Clinic @ Mountain Home
*Only those students who auditioned AND received placement
*Audition Determines Placement. This is also an overnight event. More info TBA
Thursday, February 20th - Pre-Assessment Concert - Time TBA (8th only)
Monday, January 27th - BWHS Rising 9th Grade Meeting @ BWHS - (8th only)
Thursday, March 6th - Percussion Night @ BHS Arend Arts Center - (7th and 8th Percussion)
Thursday or Friday, March 12th or 13th - Region Concert Assessment @ BHS - (8th Only)
**(100% MANDATORY) Date is TBA until closer to event
Wednesday, May 6th - Spring Concert @ Bentonville West HS PAC - 6:30pm
Saturday in May - Worlds of Fun Music Festival - TBA
Concert Attendance Policy:
All of the performances listed on this page are MANDATORY and worth a grade. Students are expected to arrive on time and participate to the best of their ability.
In the event of a sudden illness or family emergency, all communicaon to the director (Mr. Hume) MUST come directly from a parent or guardian.
