Helping the Condors

The California Condors hockey team is a special needs club that supports youth and adults. During my time researching, I found out there are more of these programs spread out in the U.S., Canada and around the world. The Condors organization sent out an email telling everyone that they are in need of help. Due to covid, they are struggling. My solution was to find ways to get money and help them by giving them a great donation for ice time, equipment, coaches, and any other extra fees. I interviewed Mrs. Rita Eagle, who is the co-founder, along with her son, of the California Condors. I interviewed her because I knew she would have some great information and a path to lead me on. I carried on with my Passion Project by finding a job and working hard, along with a few kind donations to this incredible cause and organization. They have received the money and hopefully, the Condors will be back and thriving better than ever!
