The interview weekend and orientation event coordinator is responsible for coordinating events/socials for interview weekends/BA orientation welcome weekend. They will work closely with the President in ensuring that events are being planned well in advance of interview weekend/BA welcome. They will work with the advertising coordinator to ensure that BAGSO advertisements are being sent out to incoming students/applicants prior to the event. They will work closely with the vice president to ensure that all event details are being communicated as necessary.
