SADA is the first social group I've been in that makes me feel supported and more confident in myself. For the first time in my life I feel like I'm surrounded by people who all actually appreciate me for me! SADA genuinely saved my freshman year social life and how I felt about the people at this school!

I’d say SADA has helped me embrace my identity as a disabled person and find a community of like-minded friends! This club has given me a lot of support both socially and academically, and being involved in SADA continues to teach me more about disability.

Our first advocacy campaign had a big impact at William & Mary! It helped students understand how inaccessible campus is for many disabled students and raised awareness about the issue.
