WLWD Water Bills are sent annually during the first week of January via email to all customers with an email address on file or mailed by request. If you have not received your bill by January 15th, please contact Scott McKeever at the information below.

Beginning January 1, 2026, the cost for basic water service is $600/year, with a $50 discount for accounts paid in full by January 31st ($550 total due by January 31).

Quarterly payment option is available at $150/quarter. Quarterly payments are due January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31.

Late fees of $10/month are applied on the 15th of each month in which any amount is past due.
