2026 Physicals
All physicals must be completed after April 15, 2026 for the 2026 football and cheer season. Please have your doctor complete the MHSAA physical form and submit to this google form. If your athlete does not have this form completed and turned in before practice on August 3rd they will not be able to participate.

This is awarded to those who show outstanding sportsmanship. It was created to honor the late Tyler Richards, who exemplified sportsmanship, courage, and teamwork.
