If you have used a VPN service on your phone within the last 30 days, the answer is most likely yes. For us to check your device's ban status, we will need its MAC address. Once you have that information, fill out a Tech Help request form and we will look into it.
Your login credentials are usually:
lastname+firstinital (doej) for your username
lunch PIN twice (12341234) for your password
However, if you have a common last name, your username could be different. Visit the Media Center circulation desk for assistance.
First, sign into Gmail with your school account. Next, click on the app launcher (3x3 grid icon) in the top-right corner of Gmail. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of apps and click "Canvas." You will be taken to Canvas and automatically logged in.
Alternatively, you can visit wl.instructure.com and login with Google.
You will need to first login to a Windows PC using your WLCSC login credentials. Once logged in, press CTRL+ALT+DEL and click "change a password." This will update your Skyward and Google password as well.

Enter your WLCSC username and password (ex. smithj 12341234)
If prompted, tap "Trust" on the security certificate.

Select PEAP for authentication method
Enter your WLCSC username into the "identity" field. Do not use the "anonymous identity" field.
Enter your password
Under "CA Certificate," tap "do not check"

Please ensure that you are signed into Google services using your WLCSC account. A lot of times you will open a Google Doc link from an email but will be signed in using a personal account in the web browser.
