Hotel Details
We are staying at the Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Check-in is on June 4th beginning at 4 PM
Check out is on June 8th by 11 AM
If you drive, there is a $12 per day fee to park at the resort
There are several restaurants on property - all meals will be on your own
Shuttle to and from the parks is provided by the hotel for free.
We have a meeting room on property from 6 PM - 7PM on June 6th and 7th to discuss project planning.

$12 per day parking fee if applicable

If getting a private room, pay for other half. (Pick up your invoice)
If getting tickets for others in your family, pay WKEC back for getting them for you at a discounted rate
Anything not already covered by WKEC or your districts (meals and suveniors)
