Aetna's Resources for living provides confidential services to employees and their household members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
If this is an emergency situation, you should do one of the following:
- Call 911.
- Go directly to an emergency room.
- Call your doctor or therapist for help.
Backup Care Connection – Temporary child, elder or pet care helps members when regular support isn’t available.
Better Help virtual therapy – Convenient, confidential counseling for the entire family (individuals, couples and teens) by text message, chat, phone and/or video.
