My name is Jennifer Hirdt and I am a science teacher at Beach Street Middle School. I teach Regents Biology, Science Research and 8th Grade Science. This is my 24th year teaching in the West Islip school district. I spent 17 years at the high school and this is my seventh year at Beach Street. I am passionate about learning and truly enjoy teaching! I have a second career in healthcare and continue to work per diem in the hospital setting.
