GATEWAYS

We will provide each participant with a copy of the Certificate of Participation upon arrival. 

You will need your Gateways ID# to complete the form.

Then, in each session you attend, you will receive a sticker/label to keep track of your attendance that you will put on your Certificate of Participation. 

Qualifying sessions are listed in the Breakout Sessions page of this Google Site and are noted with an *.

At the end of the conference, you will return your Certificate of Participation at the registration table.

The forms will be scanned and sent to our accreditation partner, Child Care Resource & Referral of Midwestern Illinois, so that each participant receives Gateways credit.  

ISBE

We will provide each participant with a copy of the PD Individual Attendance Form upon arrival. 

You will need your IEIN to complete the form.

At the end of the conference, you will sign and return your PD Individual Attendance Form at the registration table.

The forms will be sent to our accreditation partner, Western Illinois University, so that each participant receives ISBE credit.
