Natalee MeydamNatalee has been involved in the theatre program for all 4 years of her high school career. Natalee always brings energy and willingness to try anything to the stage. She loves being on stage, but has helped in numerous ways off stage. No matter where the help is needed, Natalee was there: hair, makeup, lights, set construction, lights, stage crew, and meals. Natalee and her generous mother would often times feed the cast and crew at long rehearsals, and that generous gesture was much appreciated. In the many roles that Natalee had in the play and the musical, her favorite part was feeding all those involved in the shows. In participating in the theatre program, Natalee found an outlet for her "loudness and dorkiness". Natalee is going to take a couple years off of school, and then hopes to pursue her passion in music and art education. During her time off, she will be investing time in her passions.
Natalee would like to remind everyone to be nice and kind to those around you. Theatre is a family and we need to be caring towards everyone.

Dustin RadunDustin has been involved in the musical for all four years of high school. He has been involved int he choir, and the musical was a nice way to continue that activity with his friends. Dustin enjoyed his senior musical production playing Her Zeller in the Sound of Music, in which he had to channel a stronger, bossier persona. Dustin even tried his acting chops in the school play this year with a large and somewhat goofy role that he knocked out of the park. The stage has helped Dustin become more social and gain some confidence in front of large crowds. After high school Dustin will begin earning his own way by entering the workforce. Dustin's smiling face and willingness to try new things will be missed next year but WBHS theatre wishes him the best of luck on entering adulthood.
Morgan JozwiakMogan was new to WHBS theatre her senior year. Morgan gave her time to help out on set crew and stage crew for the spring production of You Can't Take It With You, which goes to show it is never to late to get involved. She found that being involved in a production required her to get creative and work better with other people. Although her time on the WBHS stage was short, her next adventure will take Morgan to NTC to study small vet science. Morgans helpfulness and cheery disposition will be missed.
Nikki RekowNikki is another one of our amazing seniors who has been involved in theatre all 4 years of her high school career. She has been involved onstage mostly by being an actress in the school plays, but has also joined the musical cast as well. Her talents were also given to creating sets, helping the stage crew and doing hair and makeup for cast members. Spy School was Nikki's favorite play to be part of. Theatre has helped Nikki be more open with her peers and conquer her stage fright. You wouldn't know she ever had stage fright from her performances. Nikki will be going to Stevens Point in the fall to pursue a career in physical therapy and working with special needs clientele. She hopes to continue participating in theatre as she moves on from WBHS and has even promised to come back and support the underclassman. "I would like to thank all the directors I have had. You all helped me gain self confidence in my self by pushing me to my strengths you knew I had but I didn't think I had. So thank you all for making me overall a more open and better person."
Rikki Jo has been involved in all 8 productions (musical and play) at Wittenberg-Birnamwood High School. She certainly has talent and is drawn to the stage. The shows she most enjoyed being a part of were Wizard of Oz, where you saw her acting and dance skills in many numbers, and Treasure Island where she played a surly pirate. Rikki Jo found that being involved in theatre allowed her to obtain better leadership skills and learned how to cooperate with others. Rikki's next adventure includes becoming a student at UWSP-Wausau where she will be studying Psychology. Rikki Jo's willingness to do whatever is asked of her and bring her acting chops has made her fun to work with and her dependability will be missed."Being in theater allowed me to make more friends and be more involved and I'm really thankful for that."
Jada KazikJada has been involved in WBHS theatre for all four years of her high school career. Jada has enjoyed participating in the musical and the play as a cast member, as well as dominating the backstage population through stage managing, set construction and stage crew. Jada will most remember her role in The Sound of Music participating both on the stage and working behind the stage for her senior musical production. Theatre has helped Jada become more patient and has provided Jada with leadership skills. Jada will be working right after graduation to support her plans of going to NWTC for photography in the fall. "Being involved in theater these past 4 years have been the best part of high school, I have learned so much from all the people who have done the plays and musicals."
Izac LuekIzac was involved in both the musical and the play freshman through junior year. Being involved in plays and musicals has helped him get over stage fright and speaking in front of others. Outside of the stage, Izac is often times quiet and reserved. Isaac's favorite role was Blake Moore and after graduation, Izac will continue working. Izacs dedication to the stage will be missed.
Asahi MouaAsahi waited until his senior year to become part of the WBHS theatre family. His first production was The Sound of Music where he wowed the crowd with his portrayal of a German soldier (who dances). Asahi was also very involved in the set construction and stage crew for our spring play. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and do whatever was needed. Asahi also kept a positive attitude that was infectious to those around him. Asahi hopes to pursue music once he finishes high school."After joining, I had fun and enjoyed the people there. We were like a family and we all had fun doing it."
Hannah Lehman Hannah was new to not only WBHS theatre, but to the high school as well this year. She portrayed Sister Berte in our production of The Sound of Music. Hannah also helped out backstage with hair, makeup, and stage crew. Theatre was a great way for Hannah to meet new friends, get out of her comfort zone and quickly become part of WBHS. Hannah will be laying gym floors this summer and then heading off to college."I had an amazing time, thank you for everything!
