常見問題

1. 我的靈感存放在哪裏？需要登記帳戶嗎？

不需要帳戶。所有靈感只會儲存在你的 iPhone 內，不會上傳到任何雲端伺服器，開發者亦無法看到你的內容。詳情請參閱我們的私隱政策。

2. 如何匯出或備份我的靈感？

在 App 底部按「匯出」，App 會產生一個包含所有靈感的備份檔（JSON 格式），並打開分享選單。你可以把它存到「檔案」App、用 AirDrop 傳送或以電郵寄出。請注意：App 目前沒有匯入功能，這個檔案主要供你自行保存或查看。

3. 如何刪除靈感？

・刪除單一靈感：打開該靈感，按「刪除」並確認。由它直接發展出來的念頭亦會一併刪除，此動作無法復原。

・刪除全部資料：在 iPhone 上刪除「靈光」App，所有資料會一併移除。

4. 為甚麼新增靈感時顯示「未知地點」，或語音輸入沒有反應？

這通常是因為權限未開啟。請到 iPhone「設定」>「靈光」，開啟「位置」；如要使用語音輸入，請開啟「咪高峰」及「語音辨識」。位置服務亦需要在「設定」>「私隱與保安」>「定位服務」中開啟。語音辨識由 Apple 提供，可能需要網絡連線。

5. 換新手機時，靈感會跟過去嗎？

由於資料只存在手機內，請使用 iPhone 的 iCloud 備份或「快速開始」把舊手機的資料轉移到新手機。

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where are my ideas stored? Do I need an account?

No account is needed. All your ideas are stored only on your iPhone. They are never uploaded to any cloud server, and the developer cannot see your content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. How do I export or back up my ideas?

Tap Export at the bottom of the app. The app creates a backup file containing all your ideas (in JSON format) and opens the share sheet, where you can save it to the Files app, send it via AirDrop or email it. Please note: the app does not currently have an import feature, so this file is mainly for you to keep or view.

3. How do I delete ideas?

・Delete a single idea: open the idea, tap Delete and confirm. Ideas developed directly from it are deleted too. This cannot be undone.

・Delete all data: delete the Linggwong app from your iPhone. All of its data is removed.

4. Why does a new idea show "unknown location", or why does voice input not respond?

This is usually because a permission is turned off. Go to iPhone Settings > 靈光 and turn on Location. To use voice input, turn on Microphone and Speech Recognition. Location Services also needs to be on under Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Speech recognition is provided by Apple and may require an internet connection.

5. Will my ideas move to a new phone?

Because your data is stored only on your phone, use iCloud Backup or Quick Start on your iPhone to transfer data from your old phone to your new one.
