Participation helps cadets refine their leadership abilities, deepening their JROTC knowledge, while improving their overall academic performance. J-Lab pushes you to communicate and maintain composure under a timed manner. It'll invest greatly in personal growth and gain confidence and recognition in and out of JROTC. 

If you like to learn, work as a team, and can think under pressure J-lab is for you! J-lab consists of going against other schools and answering questions both academic and leadership based. If you are interested in joining J-lab holds practices Mondays and Wednesdays!
