Students will gain an understanding of the process of invention, engineering, and innovation. While researching inventors, scientists & philosophers, students will identify their contributions and come to appreciate them. Students will compare the invention process to the engineering design process. Furthermore, students will participate in the 2020 Dr. Inbae Yoon Spark! Lab Invention Challenge. Finally, students will be given the opportunity to present their research and inventions at the end of year Weslaco ISD QUEST Showcase.
