The next Shooting Sports Committee meeting will be held on July 20th at 5:30 pm in the Blue Barn at the Pierce County Fairgrounds. Anyone interested in learning more about the Shooting Sports Committee is welcome to attend!

Summer Archery - Pierce County Fairgrounds
JUNE 9TH & 16TH
* 2 sessions each night for all ages - #1 @ 6:30-7:30 pm. # 2 - 7:30-8:30 pm
ARCHERY SAFETY will be held before practices both nights, beginning at 5:45 pm. Safety required for all 1st & 2nd year participants. Pre-registration is not required for safety.
Summer Air Rifle - SILHOUETTES ONLY - River Falls Sportsmen's Club
June 4th & 11th, 7-8 pm & July 9, 16, 23rd, 6-7 pm *Please note range times
Summer Archery, Air Rifle (Target) & Air Pistol - Pierce County Fairgrounds
July 13, 14, 15, and July 20, 21, 22 * 6:30-8:30 pm each night for all disciplines.

The National 4-H Shooting Sports Championships will be taking place June 22-26 in Grand Island, NE & even though we will not have anyone competing from Pierce County, we have a significant amount of Pierce County Adult leaders heading out there to volunteer as well as support the Wisconsin Team. They are Jason & Melissa Cebulla, Paul, April & Meggan Daniels, and Brian & Deanna Hines. We wish them safe travels!

Statewide shoots are Competitive 4-H Shoots that are held around our state. By attending these competitions, participants can qualify to attend the National 4-H Shooting Sports Championships. These events are a lot of fun & you get to meet other awesome 4-H families from around the state.
