Log in to your institution's ExamSoft Enterprise Portal.
Click on the Admin menu located near the top right corner of the page.
Select Advanced Reports from the dropdown menu.
Click on Create New Report at the top right corner.
Choose Category Performance as the report type.
Enter a descriptive Report Name.
Set the Start Date and End Date for the reporting period.
From the Department list, select the relevant department.
After selecting a department, choose at least one Course:
You can type the course name directly or click Browse All to search and select courses.
Click Add Categories to select the categories you want to include:
First, select the main categories.
Then, for each selected category, click on Select Categories to choose specific sub-categories.
Note: Selecting a main category alone is not sufficient; you must select at least one sub-category.
11. Optionally, you can narrow down the report by selecting specific Sections or Student Groups.
12. Adjust the performance thresholds if needed:
Category At Risk Threshold: Default is 70%.
Needs Review Threshold: Default is 70%.
You can modify these thresholds by dragging the slider or entering a specific value.
Once all required settings are configured, click on Generate Report at the top right corner.
