Guidance for Poster preparation:
The maximize size of poster is: 4ft x 4ft. (We will have push pins for you to use to hang your poster.)
Poster will be presented throughout the meeting from June 15 Monday until the lunch time of June 18 Thursday. Please take down your poster by 2 pm, June 15 Monday prior to the preparation of the banquet dinner.
Odd number posters presentation: June 16 Tuesday evening,
Even number posters presentation: June 17 Wednesday evening.

Before submitting abstract, please have:
One-page abstract written on this abstract template (Please carefully read the instruction within the file).
Approval from all authors, as this abstract file will be compiled into our program book.
If you wish to give a poster or oral presentation, or both, if the space is available.
Top two or three areas for your presentation (See tentative topic areas at the Home page).
Abstract submission deadline to be considered for an oral presentation (talk) is April 30, 2026.
Travel Awards for students and postdocs! (2nd round, due April 1, 2026)
Ten abstracts from students and postdocs submitted by April 1, 2026 will be selected for travel awards. At a minimum, these awards will cover meeting registration. We hope more travel award opportunities will become available in the future, and those who submitted in this round will be eligible to receive additional funds. If you have submitted your abstract for the 1st round, you will be considered for all the remaining travel award opportunities; If you decide to update your abstract, you are welcome to submit a revised abstract (Please add "ver2" at the end of your file name).
