The Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market has two great ways to help you buy fresh, local food: the Token Program and Market Match. These programs are designed to make it easy for everyone to shop at the market, especially if you use FoodShare (SNAP/QUEST).
The Token Program - Many stands can’t swipe a credit/debit card, so the market uses wooden tokens instead.

Market Match - When you use your FoodShare card to buy tokens, the market will match what you spend (up to $20 per card on Wednesdays & Saturdays).
