 Welcome to your 30 day home workout challenge! 

Each tab above includes exercises and daily activities we encourage you to try each week of the challenge as well as an end of program survey. Exercise videos are roughly 15 minutes long and can be completed as often as desired throughout the week. You will have 3 daily activities to incorporate into your everyday routine. These activities will change each week focusing on a different part of the body. They are designed to fit naturally into your daily routine and serve as a quick way to get exercise.
