Will participants receive anything upon completion of the program?
Yes, participants will receive a certificate of completion and/or letter sent to leadership at their institution.
This program is designed to be intensive. Participants are expected to dedicate the following amount of time to this work:
5 hours per month month
Anticipated monthly breakdown:
2 hours of synchronous cohort time (see schedule tab)

2 hours of individual work time
Reading, reflecting, journaling
1 hour of pair or small group work time

Participants will need to:
Attend and actively engage in synchronous online session
Travel to and actively engage in a 1.5 day session in-person
Do individual reading and reflection prior to synchronous sessions
Engage in 2 hours of work in between synchronous sessions
Prepare small presentations
Complete small writing activities
Engage in practice
Be open to a space of consuming and generating
