Expectations

This program is designed to be intensive. Participants are expected to dedicate the following amount of time to this work:

• 5 hours per month month

  • Anticipated monthly breakdown: 

    • • 2 hours of synchronous cohort time (see schedule tab)

        • ADD what this includes

      • 2 hours of individual work time

        • Reading, reflecting, journaling

      • 1 hour of pair or small group work time

Participants will need to:

•  Attend and actively engage in synchronous online session

• Travel to and actively engage in a 1.5 day session in-person

• Do individual reading and reflection prior to synchronous sessions

• Engage in 2 hours of work in between synchronous sessions  

• Prepare small presentations

• Complete small writing activities 

• Engage in practice 

• Be open to a space of consuming and generating
