(2) Mid-Semester Check-in
About halfway through the semester, we will be connecting with you to go over the lesson planning checklist (linked here) with 2-3 of your lessons. Each lesson should be uploaded into your respective student's folder on the google drive.
This is a very low-stress check-in, it is just to make sure you are using appropriate resources and following the checklist.
(3) Student Summaries & EOS Form (linked here)
After your last lesson, please complete:
(1) Your respective student summary (in each student’s folder)
(2) The End of Semester Form (linked above!)
Semester Surveys
The following surveys are listed in order of their use.
(1) Student needs & levels form (after first lesson ONLY)
(2) Weekly tutor feedback form (after each lesson, weekly)
(3) End of semester survey (after the last lesson at the end of the semester)
(First Lesson)
You will only use this form once throughout the semester, only after your first lesson with your student.
Purpose: This will help us understand the student's level, the types of skills they want to practice, and discuss goals together, this builds a better understanding between you and your learner.
Please fill out the form to the best of your ability at the end of every week (Sunday 11:59pm) regardless of how often you meet with your student.
Purpose: This will help us trouble-shoot any issues or challenges you are running into and check-in about your lessons.
Complete this after the last lesson with your student at the end of the semester.
Purpose: This helps us see who wants to continue working with their student between semesters and help us improve the program based on your feedback.
