This call is open to any Hub-funded project across UW-Madison, UW-Platteville, or UW-River Falls.
Poster art is due by Friday, October 16, via hi-res pdf file to maria.woldt@wisc.edu. We will print and hang the posters, presenters can take them home from the event.
Complete the form to the right or click here no later than October 1 so we can best plan display and printing needs.
Please note: Projects that were funded in FY 26 are required to submit a poster at either Dairy Summit (November) OR Dairy Symposium (May).
DETAILS:
Poster deadline: Fri. Oct. 16, high-res pdf, emailed to maria.woldt@wisc.edu
Template: Use these templates to format your poster. Size (45"x45") is based on display equipment at event. No exceptions please.
Printing: The Hub will print and hang your poster at no cost to you. You may take the poster home from the event.
Hybrid event: The Summit is a fully hybrid event. Online attendees will view virtual posters in a “trade show-like” online environment. We will use your pdf to upload to the conference platform.
On-site presenter: Each poster should have a presenter. If you are unable to attend, you may send a representative from your team. You may also bring additional reps to help staff the poster. Poster hours are 9-9:45 am and 1-2:00 pm. There will be some additional poster time during lunch. The "official" poster session is from 1-2 p.m.
What to include: Your poster should include information from your Hub funded research. You may include published or unpublished data. We will not have a formal abstract requirement or conference proceedings and submitting this poster will not infringe on any future abstracts. Alternatively, if you have a recently presented poster, you may update, reformat using our template and submit.
