Filling out this form is not an obligation, but registration will close within the first week of school, so please fill it out at your earliest convenience.

Timing and Schedule

The program runs during and after school each Wednesday that we have school and will begin on Wednesday, September 9th. In between each student’s lesson and chamber coaching, they work with Dr. Thompson and other teachers in small groups on music theory and other topics in the collaborative space. Home adults are responsible for ensuring a safe and reliable way for students to get home immediately following their student’s last session on Wednesdays.

Performances

Students will perform in the special CSP recitals at the end of each semester (December 10th and May 5th) and if their piece is on the state list, they will also perform at OMEA District 14 Solo and Ensemble Contest (Saturday, January 16th). It is also possible that they will be featured on select school orchestra concerts, the North Campus Night of Excellence, or other fun and exciting opportunities!
