My Movie 6.mov

Our barrier is improving the accessibility to stress and anxiety relief.  Anxiety is important to recognize and fix because it has a major impact on an individual's mental and physical self. If not treated, they can result in even more severe mental disorders. Lots of people struggle when it comes to dealing with stress and having anxiety/panic attacks. According the mentalhealthfoundation, "In the past year, 74% of people have felt so stressed they have been overwhelmed or unable to cope." When you look into statistics, stress is a very big problem. Some mental health issues can trigger stress at a more severe level that can hurt you and people around you. Stress is hard to deal with because it causes a strong surge of hormones in your body. These stress hormones can be dealt with by fidgeting.

According to the graph created by Center for disease control (CDC.gov), lots of people across all ages suffer with anxiety. Anxiety comes in many different levels, with severities including very mild to extremely severe cases. Anxiety is the most common mental issue found in Americans today, with over 19% of the population of the US dealing with anxiety and over 60 million US adults.
