WEEK 2 - July 6-9
Run Girl, Run! 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏿♀️🏃🏼♀️ Grades: 5th - 12th
Cost: $ 125 Week 2 AM Session

Run Girl, Run! is an empowering, high-energy experience for girls in 5th–12th grade who want to move their bodies, build confidence, and have a blast doing it!
Throughout the camp, participants will work on running endurance and proper stretching, while also diving into fun, meaningful activities like vision boards, goal setting, and self-care practices. We’ll explore confidence building, encouragement, and teamwork, helping each girl discover her inner strength.
Girls will also learn about healthy fueling options to support active bodies and growing minds. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, this camp is all about progress, positivity, and celebrating who you are.
Come run, dream big, support one another, and finish the camp feeling strong, confident, & inspired!

WEEK 3 - July 13-16
WINDHAM YOUTH FOOTBALL 🏈 CAMP ***8:30AM - 11AM*** Grades: 1st - 8th
Cost: $ 125 + $15 camp fee Week 3 AM session

The Windham Youth Football Camp is designed to provide instruction on football fundamentals in a safe, quality controlled environment. Camp highlights include: position specific skill technique, camper evaluations, conditioning and weight room techniques and a flag football tournament.
Campers will receive individual and small group instruction from Windham H.S. Football coaches and current Jaguar players. Groups will be divided by age appropriateness. This camp brings together current and prospective Windham football players across all grade levels for an all-encompassing week of competition, instruction, and fun!
Camp cost includes a special shirt :) Sizes to be requested after registration.

WEEK 4 - July 20-23
Intro to Volleyball Camp 🏐 Grades: 5th -8th

Get ready for a fun, high-energy week of volleyball with Coach Curry, Coach Yandow, and members of the WHS Volleyball team! This camp is designed for players of all experience levels who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and learn how to play the game the right way. Campers will work on all the fundamentals—serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, defense, and court movement—through engaging drills that are tailored to each athlete’s ability level. Whether you’re newer to the game or looking to sharpen advanced skills, you’ll be challenged and supported every day.
Each day will include skill stations, competitive games, and plenty of game-like reps so campers can apply what they learn in real situations. We’ll also focus on volleyball IQ: positioning, communication, rotations, and team strategy. Campers will learn how to read the game, make smart decisions, and understand what it takes to be a great teammate. The week will finish with more structured gameplay and competition so athletes can showcase their growth in a fun, supportive environment. Come ready to work hard, learn a lot, and play a ton of volleyball!

Returning Players (Grades 7–12) 🏑
Get ready to sharpen your skills and elevate your game! This Field Hockey Camp for returning players is designed for athletes in grades 7–12 who have at least one year of field hockey experience and are looking to prepare for the upcoming fall season.
Campers will focus on skills and drills, developing stronger field hockey IQ, and gaining a deeper understanding of the game. Training will include dribbling, shooting, passing, field awareness, and proper body positioning, all reinforced through mini scrimmages and game play. Athletes will be challenged to think faster, move smarter, and play with confidence in a competitive yet supportive environment.
This camp is ideal for players who want to improve performance, build confidence, and arrive at preseason ready to compete.
What to bring: field hockey stick, shin guards, mouth guard, athletic clothing, sneakers, and water bottle
