Q: Who can attend the Windham Summer Camps?
ALL children who are going into grades K-12 are welcome, not just Windham School District students.
Q: Do I use this year or next school year’s grade level when choosing summer camps for my child?
Please use the Fall 2026 grade level for your child. (upcoming year/entering grade level for the Fall)
Q: What is DIFFERENT this year?
FULL PAYMENT for each camp cost will be required at registration.
ALL CAMP WEEK registrations will close on June 5th, 2026.
Q: How do I learn more about the summer camp's dates, times, costs, and locations?
See the "Camp Overview" link on the Home page for camp days and weeks.

Q: Is there a discount for multiple camps or for families?
Camp costs are calculated per camp, per child so no discounts are offered.
Q: Is there financial assistance for my child to attend the Windham Summer Camps?
If your child qualifies for free or reduced lunch, there are scholarship opportunities available for children wishing to attend camp.

Q: Can my child stay at school if they are attending a morning and afternoon session?
Yes, if the camps are at the same school your child may remain for lunch. The 11 - 11:30 timeframe is reserved for this purpose.
Please send your child with a lunch and let the instructor know they are staying for the afternoon.
Supervision will be provided during the lunch break and we will be sure you child arrives at their afternoon camp on time.
Q: Will COVID-19 Guidelines be followed during summer camps?
Yes, all recommended safety protocols and guidelines will be adhered to during all summer camp sessions.
Q: What happens if my child is unable to attend the camp for which they were registered?
If your camper is unable to attend their camp, we can offer to change to another camp/week that has openings.
If you find you need to cancel a registration prior to 14 days before the camp session begins, we can offer to refund the camp cost.
(Note: Material fees will not be refunded.)
Between 7-14 days before the camp session begins, we can offer to refund 1/2 of the camp cost. (Note: Material fees will not be refunded.)
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp session begins are not available for refunds.
