Winchester Public Schools uses Google Workspace for Education, which is a Google account for students. WPS assigns an account to students in Grades 1-5 so they can access the G Suite Apps, such Google Classroom, Drive, Docs, Slides, Keep, etc. Accounts should only be used for school-related activities in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. For safety reasons, student accounts are restricted from sending or receiving communications from outside of the WPS domain.
Your child's teacher can give you your child's Google information. We teach children never to share their account with anyone, except their parent/guardian. If you need to reset your child's password, please contact your school's ITS.

Go to Google.com and click "Sign in" with your #####@wpsstudent.com account
Use the Google Apps selector (Rubik's Cube/waffle) to navigate to Classroom, Drive, etc.
Google Apps that need to be downloaded are Google Classroom, Drive, Docs, Slides, Jamboard, etc., and other apps requested by your teacher. Apps work better on tablets, rather than using a web browser.Â
NOTE: If your child uses an account managed by Family Link, you must add the school as a secondary account.
