The WiML Symposium will be held in person only, co-located with ICML at the Coex Convention & Exhibition Center in Seoul, South Korea.
The main symposium takes place in Conference Room E (E1–4), 3rd floor, from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
The poster session will be a joint poster session held in Hall A from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Need registration from 9AM to 1:30PM).
If you have a main conference badge, please register in front of the symposium room, Conference Room E (E1–4), on the 3rd floor, which will be open from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
If you have a workshop/tutorial-only pass, you must register at our 1st floor desk first. This desk is on the 1st floor at the Northgate entrance, just under the Grand Ballroom media gate (shown below green star), and will be open from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Then follow the green arrow to register for the ICML main conference in the Hall B foyer, just past the Grand Ballroom.
We accept drop-in registration from 9:50 AM to 1:30 PM. Note that the 1st-floor desk closes at 1:30 PM, while the 3rd-floor desk remains open until 2:30 PM.
Authors must register the same way during the symposium day from 9:00 AM to 1:30PM to participate in the WiML poster session.
Any in-person ICML registration grants you in-person access to the WiML symposium; see CfP.
ICML 2026 main conference registrations are currently sold out. We are unable to answer questions about registration availability. Unfortunately, we do not have visibility into how ICML will handle main conference registrations going forward, including whether additional spots may open or whether a waitlist will be available. Please refer to the official ICML posts for any future updates.
