Use this checklist to check in with yourself and find areas where you may need support.
Ask Yourself: How am I feeling lately? Am I overwhelmed, anxious, angry, or down?
Healthy Habits to Try: Talk with someone you trust • Take breaks • Journal • Practice breathing/relaxation • Ask for help
Ask Yourself: Am I getting enough sleep to feel rested during the school day?
Healthy Habits To Try: Keep a consistent bedtime • Limit screens before bed • Avoid staying up all night to study
Ask Yourself: Am I eating and drinking enough throughout the day?

Taking care of your mental, physical, social, and academic well-being is not a sign of weakness. Asking for help is a strength.
