Transcripts are updated at the conclusion of the semester. Transcripts identify your graduation year, final grades of each course, accumulated credits, Grade Point Average (GPA), class rank, and testing results. If there is a discrepency, please reach out to your assigned counselor.

You can stop by Student Services Monday-Friday 8:00am-2:30pm and speak with Ms. Harper (Student Services Secretary) for a copy of your official transcript.

Please notify your assigned School Counselor by email of where you would like the transcript to be sent.

If you are in need of an official transcript, please notify Ms. Harper (Student Services Secretary) along with the name and email address of the scholarship. If it requires it to be mailed in, please provide the name and address of where you would like for it to be sent.

Utilizing Common App or the college official website, please contact your school counselor to submit your official transcript.

All transcripts should be sent to in-state (NC) schools by CFNC.org under "Request Transcript" or by Common App with your counselor.

Stop by Student Services Monday-Friday 8:00am - 2:30pm and speak with Ms. Harper (Student Services Secretary) for a copy of your official transcript.
Official Transcript (NCAA Eligibility Center)
Contact Ms. Hassell (School Counselor) after completing your free NCAA Eligibility Profile to convert to active profile and then upload transcript.
SAT, ACT, and AP Score Reporting
Colleges and universities must receive SAT scores directly from www.collegeboard.org or ACT scores directly from www.act.org. AP scores also need to be sent directly from the College Board. The Student Services Office does not send any SAT, ACT, or AP test scores to college or universities for students.
