I am SO excited that I get to be your teacher this year!

This picture is from my first summer with Rupert. He was so little!

We are going to have a lot of fun together as we learn and grow this year. I can't wait to get to know YOU, but in the meantime here is a little bit about me...

I LOVE teaching at Romona! Third grade is a really fun year filled with friendship, learning, reading, creating, exploring, writing, and wondering. I can't wait to experience all of that with you and the rest of our class!

This is me in 1st grade with my teacher! I have always wanted to be a teacher.

I have two dogs, Rupert and Stanley! Rupert is now 5 years old. He loves to meet new people, chew on his bones, run at the dog park, and cuddle up on the couch. Stanley is 2 years old and loves to play with his toys, run around the backyard, and play with Rupert. Rupert and Stanley are the best of friends and great big brothers to my son, Levi! They are a big part of my life and I'm sure you will hear all about them throughout this year. Do you have any pets?

I love all animals and was so excited to take a selfie with a kangaroo in Australia!

I love to travel! Exploring other parts of our country and other parts of our world is one of my very favorite things to do. I have even been a teacher in another country before... Australia! Can you find Australia on a map?

I love doing arts and crafts. My favorite things to make are scrapbooks! I love taking pictures and putting those pictures together in a scrapbook. It's so much fun to look through those scrapbooks and remember all of the wonderful memories I've made with family, friends, and of course- Rupert & Stanley! What is your favorite memory?

I love taking photos of (and with) Rupert and Stanley!
