Two (2) year letter winner in any of the following sports (golf, bowling, tennis, swimming, x-country, track and field, gymnastics, or wrestling)
Evidence of qualities of good character, sportsmanship, scholarship and outstanding athletic achievement
Submission of two letters of recommendation; one for sportsmanship and the other a character reference

The student must have a grade point average of 80 or above
The student must have been a member of a Williamsville North High School Varsity sports team and receive a letter of recommendation from his or her coach or teacher.
Other considerations for the award will include the candidate's: Leadership ability, dedication and unmet financial need.
Student is required to submit one letter of recommendation from either a coach or a teacher.

Graduating high school senior who has exhibited courage and hope when faced with unfortunate, challenging circumstances
Students must demonstrate a positive attitude and have persevered through a difficult time
Student must be able to describe the adversity with which they were faced and how they are trying (or tried) to overcome it
Acceptable forms of submission include: essay, artwork, media file, or any combination of these format are all acceptable forms of submission

Two letters of recommendation that display reasons why the student is deserving:
1. W.N.H.S. teacher indicating personal and professional qualities
2. Student's choice indicating applicant's personality and character

Selection to be made by the Williamsville North High School Scholarship Selection Committee
When making its recommendations, the Selection Committee will give preference to graduates who attend Heim Middle School and who exemplify Ms. Inzinna's ideal of "going the extra mile"
Additional consideration will also be given to student majoring in art
