Fees

The Williamstown High School "Band of Spirit" has a mandatory tuition of $325. Tuition is mandatory for all members of the band and are truly needed in order to continue to offer our kids the experience that they deserve. Payment plans can be as flexible as needed and scholarship opportunities are available. All checks should be made out to Williamstown High School Band. 

Compared to other bands in Northern Kentucky and throughout the state, our marching band tuition is relatively inexpensive. Example fees from schools in Boone County: $650, $800. 

In addition to the fee, there will be a $30-$40 shoe fee that is completely seperate from the operating expenses. Students will be sized during band camp. 

Any student who has not paid in full from the prior year will not receive a scholarship for tuition. Students and Parents who receive scholarship are strongly encouraged to participate in all fundraising opportunities.

Willis Music Rental

We use Willis Music for all rental services. If you have a student that is an incoming 6th grader, we will have instrument fitting and rental days in class during the first few weeks of school. Once your student knows what they are playing, the next step will be securing a rental through willis music. Please see the link below:
