A: Undergraduate students with research they would like to share, and who can demonstrate how their participation in the conference would further the goal of promoting economic research by and professional development of undergraduate students whose identities or life experiences are under-represented in the field of economics. For example, this might reference the applicant’s lived experiences, or highlight the applicant’s demonstrated commitment to the goals of the conference. Learn more about submitting on the Submit page. This year, we will also accept submissions from 2020 graduates who are not yet enrolled in graduate school.
The conference will be held virtually in 2021. It is hosted by Williams College.
A: Unfortunately not, with one exception: those who graduated in 2020 and are not yet enrolled in graduate school. Presentations are limited to current undergraduate students and 2020 graduates.
A: We will determine the answer to this question after assessing interest in the conference for 2021. Please check back for updates in April.
