Create a calendar event for your event in Google Calendar. Please be sure to include the following details:
Brief event name (for example, Snowshoe Hike at Pleasant Mountain)
Include the exact meeting location (specific address preferred, if possible)
Add this email to the guest list: meetup@wildernessrescue.org
Summarize the event in the description field. Be sure to include as many details as you can provide so that others will be prepared to join you. You can also provide links to guides that attendees might find helpful such as more details trail descriptions or a registration link. Please include your name, email address, and cell phone number should members need to contact you.
Attach any other documents that might be helpful such as a trail map, registration form, etc.
If you run into problems or do not have access to Google Calendar, please email all of the details for your event to Susie Simmons directly and she will create the event for you.
