Please reference the payment as 'Donation'. If you wish to advise the PTA further regarding the donation payment please email this through so the email can be presented to the next PTA Meeting and recognised.

If you wish to donate specifically to our playground resurfacing and shade installation please use reference "SAFEPLAY"

Important Information Regarding Donations:

We are currently in the process of registering as a charity. While we are not yet a registered charity, all donations received at this time will be held securely and used exclusively to support the aims of the Wigram Primary School PTA and its initiatives for the benefit of our students. We will update this page as soon as our charity registration is complete. At that time, we will be able to provide information about tax deductibility of donations.

It's important to understand that Wigram Primary School is not permitted to directly solicit donations due to its funding structure. The PTA is a separate entity, and we are able to raise funds independently to provide extra resources and opportunities for our students. All donations received by the PTA are managed according to our constitution and are dedicated solely to supporting the school and its students. This ensures that your contributions directly benefit the children of Wigram Primary School in ways that might not otherwise be possible.

Donation Options

Financial Donations:

Currently we are only set up to receive payments by direct deposit into our bank account as stated above. We are investigating possible integrated secure online payment system options. Options include PayPal, Stripe, or other similar platforms.

Donations of Goods & Services:

We also gratefully accept donations of goods and services that can help us with our fundraising efforts and support our programs.

Examples of things we often need include:

Gift cards for raffles,
Items for silent auctions,
Printing & signage
Event photography
Face Painting
Professional Services (Accounting, Legal, Building...)
