LEGAL STUFF - We are an active landlord, so no parties.  If you would like to have more than 3 renters, they must be accordance with the Milwaukee ordinance.  Renters must find their own roommates and our per person pricing is based off of 1 person per bedroom and are for budgeting purposes only.
