INSTRUCTIONS FOR OFF-CAMPUS APPLICATIONS AND LEASE.

We are a paperless company so encourage, paperless applications, leases and payments.

Email the below information to jeff@wiapt.com the following for each tenant and cosigner in one single email please.

Cosigner are needed if you are coming out of the dorms or this is your first landlord and/or dependent of parent.

Tenant 1 - FULL NAME,  EMAIL,  MOBILE

Tenant 2 - FULL NAME,  EMAIL,  MOBILE

Tenant 3 - FULL NAME,  EMAIL,  MOBILE

Tenant 4 - FULL NAME,  EMAIL,  MOBILE

Cosigner 1 - FULL NAME, EMAIL, MOBILE

Cosigner 2 - FULL NAME, EMAIL, MOBILE

Cosigner 3 - FULL NAME, EMAIL, MOBILE

Cosigner 4 - FULL NAME, EMAIL, MOBILE

Specify which rental you are applying for.  There is competition for housing next to UWM so I recommend picking 3 and we will try to accommodate your preference.

You will be emailed an application.

Submit application with $25 for each, individual applicant, and each individual cosigner. This $25 is used to for full nationwide background check on ALL persons occupying and cosigning for the rental.  The full background includes but is not limited to criminal, credit and housing.  You will have an opportunity to pay the $25 online after the application is filled out.

Upon approval you will be emailed a lease agreement for signatures and security deposit payment request.

That's it.  The place is taken off the market after these 5 steps and your housing will be locked up for the next school year.

• UTILILTIES AVERAGE OUT TO $49-59 PER PERSON DURING SUMMER MONTHS, AND $49-79 DURING WINTER MONTHS AND CAN BE HIGHER UNDER EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS, OR EXCESSIVE USE.
