精進教學成效 (Enhancing Teaching Effectiveness)

1. 提升學業表現 Improving Academic Performance：

(1) 提升語文資優班學生英語文實力，期許全班學測、指考成績達全國頂標。

Elevating the English proficiency of advanced students in our gifted program, with the goal of achieving a nationwide top score in the College Entrance Examination.

        (2) 提供英文程度優異學生加深加廣的學習資源，並針對學習落後學生提供補救教學。 

      Providing enriched learning resources for high-achieving students and remedial

 instruction for those who fall behind.

2. 培養競賽能力 Cultivating Competitive Abilities:：

(1) 舉辦多元競賽，引發學生興趣、厚植學生實力。

    Organizing diverse competitions to spark student interest and strengthen their 

    abilities.

        (2) 組織教師訓練團隊，結合外籍師資參與培訓工作。

      Establishing a teacher training team to collaborate with native English speakers on

    professional development.

1. 落實英檢測驗 Implementing English Proficiency Tests：

鼓勵所有學生升高三前完成英檢中級初試。並另訂有獎勵辦法如附件。

Encouraging all students to pass the intermediate-level GEPT test before their  

senior year. Additional incentives are provided as detailed in the attachment.

2. 閱讀習慣養成 Cultivating Reading Habits：

高一、二利用寒暑假閱讀英文小說，指定讀本於開學後進行教學活動並作測驗，鼓勵學生參加徵文比賽，藉由書寫讀書心得加強英文寫作能力。
In grades 10 and 11, students are required to read English novels during winter and summer breaks. Designated reading materials will be covered in class and assessed upon the start of the new semester. Students are encouraged to participate in essay contests to enhance their English writing skills through book reviews. 

3. 輔以課外雜誌閱讀 Supplementing with Extracurricular Magazine Reading：

各年級選定不同雜誌，指導學生閱讀並定期考查。

Different magazines are selected for each grade level to guide students in reading 

and conducting regular assessments.
