Gr. 1 Animal Unit

This is the culmination of our thematic project focusing on animals. Students participated in instruction and hands-on activities in all specials classes!

In STEAM, students:

• watched live animal cams provided by the San Diego Zoo. Click for Animal Cams

• learned what a habitat must include in order for animals to survive.

• invented, constructed and named unique LEGO animals.
