A Note on Document Sharing

Google Workspace applications provide students and instructors a great method to work on a variety of projects. When sharing files, all faculty and staff are advised to exercise extreme caution. Files containing sensitive information should be shared with the fewest recipients possible. You should only share papers with people who need them, rather than using the option to edit or view "with link." Please read the materials listed below attentively before sharing a document to fully understand your options and how you can limit sharing.
