"A" represents ACCESS to CS Education
"P" is about PARTICIPATION in CS Education
"E" focuses on EXPERIENCE of CS Education
Note that while the pieces of the CAPE triangle will be analyzed separately, they are interdependent pieces that can help us understand and improve student access to excellent computer science education.

Capacity is about whether or not there are enough resources to support and maintain high-quality CS instruction.
