The Woodland Hills School District Performing Arts Department has a long-standing tradition of excellence. From our renowned musical program to our stellar instrumental and vocal ensembles, countless individuals are responsible for our success, and endless students have gone on to great things in the field. In an effort to honor these individuals, the WH Performing Arts Guild is developing a Woodland Hills Performing Arts Tradition of Excellence Award.

Must be an alumnus at least 5 years post-high school graduation (2019 graduates and older are eligible)
Involved in some aspect of WH Performing Arts during their time at WHHS (Musical - Cast, Crew, or Pit, Marching Band, Images, Performing Arts, and any band, choir, or orchestra ensembles, etc.)
Pursued the Performing Arts in their adult life and made a meaningful contribution in the area of the arts in which they are involved through performance.
Must be an alumnus at least 5 years post-high school graduation (2019 graduates and older are eligible)
Involved in some aspect of WH Performing Arts during their time at WHHS (Musical - Cast, Crew, or Pit, Marching Band, Images, Performing Arts, and any band, choir, or orchestra ensembles, etc.)
Pursued the arts in their adult life and made a meaningful contribution in the area of the arts in which they are involved through administration or the technical arts. (Examples include, but are not limited to: theatrical production, arts administration, scenic design, lighting design, costume design, stage management, direction, music direction, choreography, fashion, visual arts, arts education, etc.)
Must be an individual who has had a tremendous and meaningful impact on the Performing Arts programs in the Woodland Hills School District.
Individuals in this category may or may not be alumni (musical staff, music teachers, etc.).

There is no limit to the number of individuals you may nominate.
Self-nominations are permitted.
This honor may also be awarded posthumously.
Once nominations close, the WH Performing Arts Guild Board or a committee of the Board's choosing will meet to deliberate on the nominees and select honorees. Up to five individuals will be added annually.
