One of my favorite things about my job is helping students figure out how to cope (feel better) when things are not going well. Looking for some fun crafts to do with your kiddos?! Sensory bottles are great tools for many, many things. I use them as a tool to help students calm down. Typically, I have them shake the bottle so it "feels like they do." I then ask them to mimic the bottle by moving around until they are calm and motionless like the items inside their bottle. Feel free to Google search or visit YouTube for other unique ways of using a sensory bottle. And remember... HAVE FUN!
