Nutrition Around the World

This project for Chemistry is designed to show measurements in the food everyone around the world eats. In my project, I measured and cooked Pfannkuchen, a type of pancake dessert from the small alpine country of Liechtenstein.

Pictured above are the flag of Liechtenstein and the dimensional analysis done to find the total calories and grams of carbohydrates are in my food. Below, you will find my poster pictured, which includes research about the country and the food for my recipe, as well as the total amount of calories and carbohydrates.
