Welcome to Business Management!

This course is a must for any students interested in business or entrepreneurship. Students learn about the evolution of management, management strategies, ethics in the workplace, corporate social responsibility, international business, communication and decision skills, motivating employees, operations management, intellectual property, and we conduct case studies on well known businesses and business leaders. The culminating project for this course includes the creation of a business plan.
